Hello, IM Nathan Knapp from Ithaca New York. I am very excited to be a member of the Vertical Lures Pro staff team for 2008.I have been an avid outdoorsmen all my life and now that I fish competitively with FLW OUTDOORS on the weekend now I can make my wish come true. I started fishing with FLW in the BFL weekend series in 2005 as a co-angler in the Empire division. I am a very positive and enthusiastic person when it comes to competitive bass fishing. It has been a dream of mine to be sponsored and to bass fish for a living on the FLW Tour. My wife and family thinks it is funny that I think about fishing competitively all the time, but she knows it has been my dream to bass fish for a living. One thing I would like to say is my wife and family are behind me 100 percent on my fishing. In 2007 I took time off from bass fishing to spend time with my family and to buy a Ranger bass boat so I can fish on the boater side and not as a co-angler. Now in 2008 I will be back tournament fishing with BFL and with Vertical Lures in my hand I am ready to shoot to the top with competitive bass fishing. I would like to say one more thing thank you Lord for my health and safety when I am on land or water doing what I love so much bass fishing competitively.
