My Name is Ken Melton and I am a Legal Technician for the U.S. Court of Appeals For The Armed Forces in Washington DC. I am originally from Selma, Alabama where I grew up fishing on the Alabama River but never for bass. I now reside in Camp Springs, Maryland with my loving wife whom I met when I served in the U.S. Marines Corps and we now have a beautiful daughter. I was introduced to bass fishing in 1995 on the Potomac River and have since then developed a strong passion for it. If I am not fishing I am thinking about it, watching it on tv, reading reports on the internet or studying my maps. I love flipping and pitching docks and wood cover. Topwater was never one of my strong points until 2007 and now I can't get enough of the sound of a early morning topwater splash
