I grew up hunting and fishing recreationally in Elizabethtown, NC. I got into tournament bass fishing after moving to Raleigh for a few years. After moving back "down home" I've decided to start pursuing my love of tournaments once again. Placing high in a few monthly events has spurred me to plan on attending many more events this year than in the past. Although I'm the first member of my family to EVER fish a tournament, although skeptical at times, they have always supported me and showed a lot of interest in my achievements as well as my future plans and goals in the sport of tournament fishing.
