My name is Jeff Foley; I am 41 years old and have been fortunate to be married to my loving wife Young for 19 of them. We have two great daughters Karissa and Mary. We have resided in the Southeastern Arizona city of Sierra Vista since 1987 when the Army transferred me here. I currently work as an Army Civilian. I am the Arizona B.A.S.S.
